Update layout around bulk deployments

Following improvements should be addressed:

on the Advanced drop down we should keep only Bulk domain deployments and Bulk application deployments those should direct to respective list views (those with history)
on the Bulk domain deployments list view the id column could be more narrow and cogwheel icon needs to be updated
on the Bulk domain deployments list view the Creation time should follow the same pattern as on Application instance list view
on the Bulk domain deployments list view a New deployment button should be added
on the Bulk domain deployment details view the labels for text fields should be aligned to right
on the Bulk domain deployment details view we should have two separated sections (e.g. panels) for domains and users (then object type column can be removed)
on the New bulk domain deployment view the header label should be updated, header should be placed above the progress bar, Upload step should be renamed to Upload bulk specification, an option for pasting the raw csv content should be added (as in the case of new applications from json)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
