Add view for bulk application deployments

In order to support both bulk application deployments and bulk domain creation we need a separate drop down menu on the navbar.

The item should be named "Advanced" (initially should be visible only for System administrator users) and placed on the navbar between the domain selector and "Send notification" item.

When clicked a drop down menu should be displayed with one item (for now) named "Bulk application deployment".

This item should lead to a dedicated view on which there is a:

• selector field from which the user must select one application from the list of all active applications in the portfolio
• drag and drop / upload or paste field that allows for providing the CSV file (depending on which components are available in Prime)
• "Submit" button
