Alter the bulk domain deployment template to include the ssoEnabled column

The New bulk domain deployment CSV template shown on the /admin/domains/bulks/new route should be updated so that it shows the ssoEnabled column as well.

This is an optional column, but it will be much harder to be discovered if it is not shown in the sample template in the text area field.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
