Cannot add new applications to an existing domain group

Applications that have been added to the catalog after a given domain group has been created cannot be whitelisted, since they are not visible in the presented list of applications.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new domain group
2. add a new application
3. try to whitelist the newly added application to the domain group
