Publish LSO version 1.0

Add latest and greated updates to LSO. Bumping to a new major version since this MR will introduce breaking changes compared to previous versions.

• Only one endpoint: /playbook
• No more Ansible config to make it opinionated when building the container
• Updated documentation accordingly
• Remove JSON or XML interpretation from Ansible output
