Migrate Kentik API to V6

Deprecate the V5 API. Note the changes in the KENTIK config object which must be included in the inventories for deployment:

  • Remove tailing slash from (new!) API base URL
  • Remove field for BGP lookup strategy, this was never supported by the API in the first place and was always ignored.
