Feature/update lan interconnect

• Add IPAM handling to LAN Switch Interconnect workflows, based on automatic calculation using internal site ID
• Site now also contains attribute site_contains_optical_equipment
• Add support for IPv6 in LAN Switch Interconnect
• Add support for custom VLAN IDs for DCN and switch management, but they have default values of 103 and 998
