In this branch:

• Added translation file to adjust messages
• Added removal of IPv4/IPv6 networks for trunks when deprovisioning
• Added setting ISIS metric to 9000 before terminating a trunk
• Added workflow to change ISIS metric of a trunk
• Added removal of IPv4/IPv6 hosts and networks when terminating a device
• Added an attribute to device to determine if its "offline" (and so target FXP)
