Added more steps in router termination including:

  • Remove the terminated router from iGEANT/iGEANT6 on all the PEs
  • Remove the terminated router from iGEANT_P_ONLY/iGEANT_P_ONLY_6 on all Ps
  • Remove router from LibreNMS
