migrate_iptrunk: optical checks

Optical checks split into 2 parts now:

• PRE
• POST Hence 2 different functions for pre and post with diff args.

Might be better to externalise this into a function, similar to what we did for deploy_base_config_dry() and deploy_base_config_real() in gso.utils.workflow_steps

i.e. for the future possible use from other workflows?
