Add IPAM step to IPtrunk creation

Karel van Klink requested to merge feature/update-iptrunk-creation-ipam into develop

At the end of the workflow, create two DNS records for both sides of the trunk.

Naming is done as <ae-interface>-0.<router-fqdn>. @simone.spinelli please verify this is correct 🙂
