Added more steps in router termination including: 

- Remove the terminated router from iGEANT/iGEANT6 on all the PEs
- Remove the terminated router from iGEANT_P_ONLY/iGEANT_P_ONLY_6 on all Ps
- Remove router from LibreNMS
