first version of organisation pages

Basic organisation pages. The two pages are very similar, but I didn't want to add state for the url where the data is coming from, so I left them as separate pages. Filtering is enabled because Jennifer wanted to see it like this first, but I think we should take it out because it's easy to find what you want in the full list.
