- sn was missing in fullset1
- displayName was missing in generic1
- researcher1 description was inaccurate
- limitedset1 had no description

and allow user to select a service provider from multiple lists

This allows to override web templates only, without forcing to
duplicated mail templates, for instance.

...as it is already loaded by Rose::DB::Object anyway
