switch to Mojolicious::Plugin::ForwardedFor to get client IP 

Other alternatives suffer from various defaults:
- Mojolicious::Plugin::ClientIP doesn't handle IPv6
- Mojolicious::Plugin::ClientIP::Pluggable exclude private addresses
