update default Dockerfiles: default is again to use /setup URL instead of using fixed parameters for amdin user/password and NETCONF parameters; Neverthless, provide possibility to specifiy NETCONF parameters during install-*.sh; update docker documentation to reflect all recent updates on Dockerfiles
