Update domain groups related layout

Following list of improvements should be addressed:

• the Domain groups menu item should be moved from Advanced drop down to cogwheel drop down under Domains
• the domain groups list view layout should be updated to follow e.g. the Applications management view (the cogwheel icon, search option, horizontal separator, ...)
• on the domain groups list view the header label should be changed from Domains groups to Domain groups
• on the domain group edit view the domains management section should be encapsulated in a panel like the Application properties
• on the domain group edit view the applications should be sorted by name also the Active column name should be added
