Access method cannot be removed from the Portal UI

Using the new application version wizard, once a new access method has been added with the Add new access method button, it cannot be removed as there is no option to do so (e.g., a delete button).

To support full app addition and customization using the Portal UI, an option to delete an existing access method should be added.

This also applies to the storage volumes section.
