Global menu visual update

Main left menu should contains only 2 options Applications -> main market view with cards

• options to select only subscripted applications, indicator on card that application is in subcription

Instances ->

• Add second switch for table/card display
• Implement CARD view with infinity scrole ( similar to applications ) with Instance Name on top, icon on middle, application below and some indicator of status
• STATUS INDICATOR - ideas : color border / cicle with color indicate current status. Need to review the possible option and if we can indicate that in good way. Other option -> small state name / shortcut with different color on left corner. Color will indicate only stage, not exact state
• cards should have infinite scroll, not paging
• create pipes for search use by name, application, version, owner, state (check if prime natively support that )

Domain selecor - Question : Do we want same dropdown functionality that hover over menus, or we want some kind expendable element with infinite scrolle on click ?

Bottom section User dropdown with same list ( profile/about/log out) Button to switch to admin panel ( icon / switch to be selected )
