IdPs proxing to OKTA authentication marked as ERROR

Summary

ECCS reports an ERROR result for IdPs redirecting to OKTA SSO services for authentication.

What is the current bug behavior?

The ECCS page source for the named IdPs is apparently empty and the ECCS check result is ERROR.

What is the expected correct behavior?

An OK result and a page source containing a valid Login Form.

No relevant logs.

Possible fixes

Looking at the source of the page saved by ECCS it seems that it is necessary to execute a javascript to be correctly redirected to the OKTA login page.
